Eric Soto

My name is Eric Soto I am a personal trainer, wellness coach, and class instructor here at Nautilus Family Fitness Center. I was born and raised in Asheboro and graduated from Southwest Randolph High School in 2008. While attending Southwest Randolph high school I participated in cross country, soccer, and wrestling. I am currently an assistant wrestling coach at southwest.

During high school I enlisted in the Army National guard where I served as an infantryman. Directly after infantry school I was awarded airborne school for being the most physically fit soldier in my company. When I reported into my unit after airborne school I was deployed to Mahmoudiyah Iraq where I served a one year tour. During my tour in Iraq is when I gained a strong interest in physical fitness and nutrition and decided I wanted to take my new interest to the next level.

When I returned from my deployment I started working for Nautilus Family Fitness Center and started training to become a personal trainer as well as a class instructor. While working for Nautilus, Nautilus started the cross training program. Cross training is great program to test your physical limits and take your workout to the next level. Both programs are growing everyday and always looking for new members. I am also excepting new clients for personal training and ready to take on new challenges to transform people and their bodies into a newer more confident person.
