Kickboxing is a non-contact workout that includes both cardio and strength training routines in an energizing enviroment. It incorporates kicks,jabs,hooks and uppercuts to improve overall agitliy and power.


Muscular Strength and Range of Movememt is the core class for Healthways Silver Sneakers exercise program. it is designed to increase strength,range of movement, agility,balance and coordination and to improve participants functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense of well being.
